Integrate drag-and-drop task scheduling and time logging functionality

Refactors `TaskList` to `TasksWithCalendar` and introduces `TimeCompletionModal` to support drag-and-drop task scheduling onto a calendar view and prompt users to log time spent on completed tasks, offering both clock and manual input methods.
